Payment Installments
A deposit of 100,000 THB is required at the signing of the Reservation Agreement.
Term of Payment :
1. Reservation Fee 3,000 USD. Non refundable in event purchase does not proceed (within 15 days from receipt by client).
2. Down payment 50% of purchase price on signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement ( less Reservation fee).
3. The 50% remaining when transfer the title of ownership. |
